    A woman in Ikorodu area of Lagos, Ruth Orji was brutally assaulted by soldiers attached to 174 Battalion, Ikorodu, Lagos. She was badly beaten and brutalized for protesting her brother’s assault by soldiers

    Actions Taken

    In response to the assault and battery of Ruth Orji, the Nigerian Army set up a board of inquiry and detained six soldiers over the brutality of Ruth Orji in Lagos state.
