Description
The perpetrators are alleged to be aides to Imoh Williams, the chairman of Abak Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State. They were seen flogging the local artisan in a video that has since gone viral, over his update on Facebook where he revealed that the chairman was owing him money for services rendered.
