A Demonstration Leaves Three Seriously Injured by Gunfire

The demonstration of the youth of Boffa who denounced on Monday the lack of electricity and water in the city of Boffa.
According to one of the protesters who preferred to speak anonymously: "Since we started this demonstration, there has been no damage, no aggression against people, much less against their property. We have erected barricades to allow us to denounce what is happening here in Boffa, which is abnormal. We have neither electricity nor drinking water. When it gets dark, it is too hot, we can't even sleep."

This is how, on Monday evening, men in fatigues in a vehicle belonging to the FDS "leaving for Boké gassed us in all directions before shooting bullets. Thus, three people including a woman (a serious case) were injured and were evacuated to Kamsar for intensive care," he explained.
