    Adamu Abdullahi was invited for questioning and detained at the Kaduna State 07C – X-SQUAD Criminal Investigative Department for criticizing Governor Nasir El-Rufai on social media. According to the letter with which he was being invited, the Police was investigating a case of criminal conspiracy, inciting disturbances and defamation of character . Adamu Abdullahi declared his innocence over the allegation that he posted or tweeted defamatory posts against Governor El-Rufai.
