A lagos based human rights lawyer and activist, Chief Malcolm Richard Omirhobo, has been arrested by operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS), at the Presidential villa gate, Abuja while embarking on a one man protest against the killing of 43 farmers in Borno State.
The lawyer arrived the Villa gate in company of some journalists at about 9:00am clad in a customised T. shirt with inscriptions “Stop The Genocide’ and was whisked away by the operatives of the service while granting press interview.
Omirhobo said he was at the villa gate to see the President, Muhhamadu Buhari with the view to express his bitterness over the gruesome murder of farmers in Zabarmari village.
