Description
On the 3rd of December, Mr Friday Ogungbemi, Publisher of Policy and Lawmakers magazine was arrested by security operatives of the Department of State Security on the 30th of November 2016.
He was arrested in connection with an opinion article in the latest edition of the magazine which focused on the Chief of Staff to the governor of the State, Edward Onoja.
The article had criticised Onoja, describing him as overzealous and acting as if he was the governor of the state.
