After several postponements, the High Court of Commune II finally ruled on Thursday, June 15, on the request for dissolution of the PSDA requested by the Ministry of Territorial Administration.
The court seized by the ministry, through the State litigation, decided during its hearing to dissolve the African Social Democratic Party led by Ismaïla SACKO accused by the State of "destabilizing the country", of undermining "public order and national sovereignty", of "conspiring against the State of Mali".
Our lawyers have appealed. We denounce the injustice, because the law has not been said in this case. There is the capitulation of justice in our country, a justice under supervision", commented President SACKO on the court decision.
According to him, this trial is organized against the PSDA and its president for having told the truth to the people, by calling for the mobilization of all actors committed to promoting the rule of law.
