The book is printed in Dakar, Senegal. A week ago, on June 29, it was transported by road to Conakry.
But according to the General Directorate of Customs, contacted by RFI, the goods were seized at the border post of the Koundara prefecture, on the grounds that they violated article 56 a and b of the Customs Code. This stipulates that " goods whose importation is prohibited for reasons of public order and public security are prohibited ."
