Actions Taken
A six-count charge was brought against the labor leaders bordering on alleged intimidation of the secretary to the state government, destruction of property, disruption of stakeholders’ meeting, chasing of participants, unlawful assembly and acts capable of breaching public peace. The arraigned labor leaders were admitted to bail with the sum of N200,000 with a surety who has a national identity card or a voter card. The case was adjourned to 24th June 2016. They were released on the 7 June 2016
