Police and Water Board Official detain Channels Tv reporter over water theft footage

Police and officials from the Benue State Water Board detained Pius Iroja Angbo, a correspondent with the Channels Television, and cameraman Mike Umele for recording video footages of water theft in the water corporation. They were taken to the Benue State Police Headquarters where they were detained for three hours in order to get them to delete the video. They were later released by Benue state Police Commissioner with the video footage intact.
